My approach integrates understanding the mind, emotions, and the interplay between them to help you make sense of your experiences. We explore how conflicts within your emotions and experiences may cause distress, while also fostering insight. Sessions include self-reflection, understanding your defenses, and using the client-therapist relationship as a springboard to identify and address patterns in your life.

    With advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and a doctorate in marriage and family counseling, I bring both expertise and heart to every session.
